A large part of bad breath that people think is caused by digestive problems, is actually due to poor diet, eating at inappropriate times and not staying hydrated. Although it is true that people suffering from gastritis, heartburn and reflux can also have trouble with bad breath. That is why you should try your best to eat at appropriate times, stay hydrated and seek the assessment of a doctor to see if bad breath is due to intestinal problems.

  • Drink water.
